It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Sleeping eight people comfortably. Three of the bedrooms have double beds. The master suite has a super king bed. All bedrooms have their own en-suites with full baths. The Old Methodist Church is located right on the Broadway and central to everything. A simple stroll to the Golf Club. Jamestown Cottage offers tranquility and privacy in equal measure. The cottage is accessed at the end of our garden, once the gate is shut you are in your own secluded space with hot tub. The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. It sits neatly between the Lincolnshire Wolds (ANOB) and the coast making it a great venue for exploring this wonderful county. The village pub is within a 2 minute amble. Enjoy! SORRY NO PETS!

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

The Barn is a self contained annexe to Barley Corn Cottage located in the heart of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Surrounded by many wonderful nature walks and wildlife trails, the property comprises a double bedroom, shower room, kitchen and a comfortable living room containing a full sized double sofabed. The annexe has its own lockable entrance off an atrium where bikes can be stored overnight. Perfect for Walkers, Cyclists and Adventurers alike!! Up to 2 dogs welcome.
