You have a sunny, stylish double room, a separate sitting room w/sofa bed, en-suite shower/WC and a fabulous view across Brighton rooftops and out to the sea.

Our newly renovated loft conversation space comprises a bright modern bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet. On a good day, if you stand on tip toes, look in the right direction and have good eye sight, you may be able to see the sea 🌊 5 mins walk from numerous pubs, coffee shops and restaurants and 19 mins (15 mins if you are fast walking or long limbed) to Hove beach.

Top floor brand new loft conversion. Very bright and airy. Stunning views of the sea and the downs from all rooms. Large living/dining/kitchen, bedroom and fab bathroom. Photos do not do it justice. Lovely Victorian house. 5 minutes walk to sea, restaurants, bars etc. 10 mins walk into town. Beautiful park 5 mins away. Quiet road. Buddhist centre with cafe opposite. Lots of buses 5 minutes away. Can provide parking vouchers. Carbon monoxide detector
