One bedroom guesthouse on a large lot with a 3 bedroom house, rented separately. Apartment has separate entrance with small patio. Feet from beautiful Dover Beach, off of St Lawrence Gap, on the South Coast. Large kitchen, livingroom and diningroom area with couch, TV w/cable, dining table and chairs. A/C, queen bed, room darkening drapes, closets and vanity in bedroom. Tiled bathroom with shower (no tub). Towels, bedding, cooking and diningware provided. Washer and outdoor line for drying.

This is a completely separate cottage at the rear of our own home, on a quiet cul-de-sac, about one minutes "stroll" down to "our" (Rockley/Accra) beach. There's a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a smaller second bedroom. Open plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Veranda, small courtyard and a lawn. Within easy walking distance are a bank, doctor and pharmacy, a sports bars, a beach bar, 5 restaurants, a convenience store and 2 supermarkets.

Footsteps to the beach

A cozy studio apartment located behind a private residence in a quiet neighborhood that is just minutes away from the wonderful blue Caribbean Sea, Bustling nightlife, Sumptuous restaurants and many other amenities. There is a Fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine as well as a BBQ located at the property. The space is Air Conditioned and has a king sized bed as well as a futon that folds down into a single bed. There is a safe located in the apartment.
