The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. The parking is very close to the apartment. Contact us for anything.

The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation!

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Our property is located beneath a mountain in a small, traditional village, just 3 km from the sea. You can enjoy complete privacy on our spacious terrace, which features a barbecue and area for lounging, relaxing, yoga, or simply enjoying a drink. The surrounding area is ideal for forest exploration, trekking, mountain biking, and jogging. You'll also be treated to stunning views of the mountains, the Bribir Valley, and Novi Vinodolski. The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.
