The surrounding area is ideal for forest exploration, trekking, mountain biking, and jogging. You'll also be treated to stunning views of the mountains, the Bribir Valley, and Novi Vinodolski. The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

The apartment is located between Novi Vinodolski and Selce, its in a very quiet area so you can relax and injoy your vacation. The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 10 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. There is alot of room for parking and its just a few meters from the apartment.

Holiday house Marea smjestena je u malom mjestu Bribiru, 6 km od Crikvenice i 5 minuta voznje od Novog Vinodolskog. U 150m2 smjestene su 3 klimatizirane sobe, 2 kupaone, moderno opremljena kuhinja i dnevni boravak. Na raspolaganju je u sklopu kupaone infracrvena sauna za potpuni relax. Zatvoreni tip dvorišta osigurava potpuni osjećaj slobode i privatnosti. Osim velikog bazena i roštilja, posebno smo mislili na naše najmlađe pa se u dvorištu nalazi i sadržaj za djecu.

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

There is a covered, shady inner courtyard (60m²) with an outdoor kitchen and an open grill fireplace, which can also turn motor-driven suckling pigs.
