Our place is ideal for a short and long term stay. Renovated a year ago, it is in a very quiet and peaceful area yet minutes walking to the center of Bansko and the ski lift. It is fully equipped with everything you need - washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, Smart TV, new air conditioning. Our guests can enjoy the use of the swimming pool and Gym free of charge. Steam room and sauna for an additional fee. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony looking at the stunning views over the mountains.

Restaurants and bars are walking distance in winter or within a beautiful 20 min walk to the old town in summer!

Our dream was to create the perfect retreat for our friends and guests—a place that combines a welcoming atmosphere and ultimate comfort, where they can relax, have fun, and unwind in hot thermal springs after exciting mountain adventures. Located in the village of Banya, in the valley between Rila, Pirin and Rhodopi mountains , only 7 min driving from Bansko ski lifts. Public parking available right in front of the villa for free.

The apartment features a washing machine, dishwasher and a rooftop window in the bedroom (you can watch the stars at night). There is a big balcony with a mountain view. The building also faces a courtyard and you won't hear any car sounds at night :) There is an elevator.

It is located in a quiet corner of Bansko while being within a few hundred meters of the bustling gondola area and hike starting points up Pirin mountain.

The studio has a table in the yard for the convenience of our guests. It is close to the city center and to many restaurants, taverns, shops and other necessary things. The starting station of the cable car is about 20 minutes walking distance. The bus station is a 15-minute walk away. We offer independent accommodation as well as welcome, it depends on the wishes of the guests.
