Your stay will be in the basement apartment of our home, with your own private entrance from the back of the house and down the exterior stairwell. The apartment includes one bedroom, a full kitchen, walk in closet with washer and dryer, one full and one half bath, and lots of space for relaxing or playing, depending on whatever you need while you're in town. We are .7 miles from UMD's SECU stadium - an easy walk to events.

The apartment is about 1.3 miles from the University of Maryland, seven miles from DC, a short walk to Metro and other public transportation. Shopping, restaurants, the Beltway and outdoor recreation are minutes away. Guest has use of patio with table and chairs and a large back yard to sit and enjoy in good weather.

This apartment is located in a diverse, quiet neighborhood in Northeast DC. The larger bedroom has a Queen size DreamCloud bed and pillows. We have a full kitchen with coffee and tea provided. Enjoy the outdoor area which includes a table, chairs, umbrella, dart board, and cornhole. You might even get to see our resident groundhog!

Good for single/couple cruising by the DMV on a BUDGET! -20 min walk to metro; off DC border, 18 min. drive to center of city.
