The unit includes a roll-out single bed stored in the closet for additional sleeping flexibility. The stay includes well-lit, secure parking for added peace of mind.

Serenity Place Close to Waco, Magnolia, & Baylor

This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.

The apartment is 10 minutes from historic downtown, Baylor University and "Fixer Upper" Silos complex. Easy Exit from Interstate 35 north of the city...Washer and dryer in closet for longer stay! And a NEW Queen bed (Durant plush mattress on Feb. 9, '24.)

Dan’s Place - 14 miles to Baylor & Magnolia

3 bedroom 2 bath, 1500 sq foot cottage close to Tradinghouse Lake. The cottage was built in the late 1940's and was totally renovated in 2017. It is isolated with only one neighbor across the street and is very peaceful. It has a small pond that has a fountain, and is stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and catfish. Fishing poles and baits are provided. Small gatherings/parties are permitted. I have had several small weddings in the past.

You'll have your own courtyard, a private entrance, and a cozy, efficient guest suite with a queen size bed for you and a loved one. Walking distance from A&M campus, Century Square and Northgate. 1.2 miles from Kyle field. Just a few miles from historic downtown Bryan. Unlike hotel stays where you have to interact with multiple hotel staff & guests at the G Ranch you interact with zero staff or other guests. The listing is a private stand alone property.
