This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Peace and quiet near beach

A lovely, quiet and secluded place. Omiš are Makarska are not far if you want some fun and excitement. The beach is 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment and center of Pisak is 5 minutes away, with a market and two good restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped, fashionable and cozy, but the terrace is it's special gem for sunbathing on deck chairs, relaxing or having romantic dinner under the stars or family lunch under the vine shade.
