All I want for my vacation is a spacious and clean place, with a terrace, new furniture, good beds, cosy bedding and comfortable mattresses, super equipped kitchen, loads of sunlight and absolutely amazing views of the bay and the sea. I want a quiet and peaceful area to unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of my day. A garage, fireplace, floor heating, air conditioning - why not? I want the sea at walking distance and a forest nearby to cool down. 5* accommodation sounds good?

Gostima je na raspolaganju velika terasa gdje mogu uzivati među bujnim mediteranskim biljkama.Kuca se nalazi neposredno kraj plaze, u pituresknom Voloskom - gurmanskoj meki Opatijske rivijere. Setnicom uz more - znameniti Lungomare- stize se do centra Opatije te dalje sve do Lovrana. Dom svjetskog prvaka u windsurfu.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
