The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! Located only a 5 minute drive from Barnstaple, Beards Road is a detached house offering good privacy. A short walk away you will find a pub chinese restaurant fish a chip shop a supermarket and a pharmacy. Close by is Fremington Quay and bike rental which sits on the famous Tarka Trail. Only a short drive away are the beaches of Westward Ho, Instow and Saunton Sands. The house boasts a private back garden with access to a personal gym, a BBQ & outside eating area.

We hope that you maybe able to park your car on arrival and not need to use it again during your stay. Access up the lane next to the house to wonderful panoramic walks and views of Baggy Point. We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.
