Butterley Bank Farm - Swift Cottage

Swift Cottage is a barn conversion attached to our family home. Converted in 2021 and located on a small holding with horses, dogs and cats. A rural retreat with lovely countryside and amazing views. We are situated near to the Peak District, on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire boarder. Near to Uttoxeter, Ashbourne, Alton Towers and in easy reach of Chatsworth and Dovedale. The area offers a wide range of places to visit and things to do.

The Stables - one of a pair of self contained self catering cottages within a converted barn. They can be rented individually or together so are an ideal central location in UK for family get-togethers & exploring. Peaceful rural setting, but with easy access to Alton Towers and the Peak District . They have been assessed by Visit Britain as 4 star accommodation. You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
