Outdoor activities include many walks and Biking trails with two bike hire sources in the village and the Cairngorms are not too far away.

Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Our flat has been newly renovated and is the perfect base for exploring the village of Braemar and wider Cairngorms. A fantastic base for walking, climbing, cycling (MTB or road) and skiing. Or, if you're looking to relax, make the most of it with a coffee by the river, a trip to our favourite patisserie and a wander round the village. We are located in the centre of the village, but set back behind the road in a quiet spot with woods to the rear.

A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
