It can accommodate 2-3 people comfortably because there in a futon in the back room. Entire home was remodeled in 2021. It sits on 3.8 acres with multiple barns and sheds, remnants of a simpler way of life as a farm. Many large hardwood and cedar trees on the property. No pets, or parties.
