Colham Mill Farm is nestled in a beautiful, peaceful, unspoilt valley, walking distance from Castle Combe Village. There are 2 pubs, a michelin star restaurant and a cafe. As well as a golf course and Castle Combe race circuit. The Old library is a detached building full of character and charm. It dates from 1705 and has low beams throughout the property. It is spacious and has modern amenities for you to enjoy! We are a working farm with animals and children and can't wait to welcome you!

This Ndoro Carriage is so romantic! It has that fabulous feeling of being cozy yet spacious... A true delight with a cabin bedroom, where you can watch the wildlife stroll across the field. The kitchenette has all the facilities you’re likely to need, with bistro table. Theres a snuggly sofa to enjoy the view, curl up and read a book. Outside, there's a private patio where you can sip your wine and watch the sun go down. Do come and enjoy our Natural Pool, it’s an amazing experience!

Immaculate riverside Cotswold cottage - sleeps 4-6

The Old Groom's House is a detached, two-bedroom cottage in the grounds of our historic home, The Old Rectory. A contactless stay is available. Its charming setting is instantly relaxing, with a private terrace overlooking mature gardens, dairy pasture and the tranquil River Avon. Renovated recently, so everything is fresh, bright and immaculate, it sleeps 4 people comfortably, and there’s a double sofa bed if you have extra guests. There’s plenty of secure parking behind electric gates.

The Apartment

"The Apartment" is a self contained 1 bedroom detached apartment. It is set within 2 acres of land and is adjacent to the owners own 1830's Georgian home. "The Apartment's" French doors open up to a covered veranda which overlooks a 1/3 of an acre of Orchard, boasting fruit trees of plums, pears & apples .To the side there is also Hot Tub. During your stay you have sole use of this private area and Hot Tub .Guest may want to bring flip flops as the Hot Tub is sat on Cotswold stones.

Relax on the private decking area, outdoor dining with a barbeque and firepit for toasting marshmallows amongst the trees. The mattresses can be brought down from the loft area for younger children. "Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.
