The Billiard Room is a beautiful property set in the grounds of The Close, an 18th century house facing the duck pond, on the village green, in Biddestone. The Old Dairy is a converted former dairy situated in the yard of our 500 year old farmhouse in the beautiful village of South Wraxall which lies on the southern edge of the Cotswolds. We are just 5 miles from the City of Bath and 2 miles from the beautiful Saxon town of Bradford-on-Avon. The Old Dairy gives peace and tranquility in a quintessentially English village with beautiful country side on the doorstep and an award winning Pub, The Longs Arms on your doorstep.

With lots to do within walking distance including a national trust property, two pubs and a cafe in the village, we are also very close to famous and much visited towns and city’s such as Bradford on Avon (2.6 miles) and Bath (10 miles) if you fancy a day out. A great base for cycling/ walking/ exploring Wiltshire.
