Top floor of houseboat; we live downstairs +1dog,1cat Floating on the Fraser River, in a quiet, safe family neighbourhood just a short canoe ride or walk to Ladner Village grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. Easy bicycling to dyke trails, beaches, bird sanctuary, BC Ferries, shopping malls, and local farms with quaint shops and breweries. Oceanfront with stunning views of Howe Sound/Coastal Mountains (above photo). Close to town, ferry, restaurants. A 10 minute walk through our forest leads to our swimmable beach. Suite is newly renovated with stone fireplace insert, queen bed, new sofa bed, keyless entrance and private deck (bedding and towels provided). Kitchenette has microwave, small fridge, infra-red single burner, water dispenser, coffee/espresso makers, dishes, no sink (we do the dishes for you). BL#00000625

Waterfront! A beautiful, newly-renovated suite with modern coastal style. Walk out of the french doors onto your private patio to the Davis Bay shore! Located between Gibsons and Sechelt with walkout access to Davis Bay beach. Perfect for a couple or small family, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a new pull-out sofa bed in the living room. New for 2021...We had a baby! This may mean some additional noise as we live upstairs. We added extra sound insulation when we renovated.

With a walkway deck that is partitioned but shared with your hosts. 5 min walk to beautiful swimmable Eaglecliff Beach, 7 min drive to the ferry and Snug Cove. There is a small area with counter, toaster oven, sink, toaster, kettle, microwave, hot plate and mini fridge (no stove/oven/grill).
