You have full use of the patio with a barbecue, full high end kitchen with the best appliances including Viking stove, A Beautiful dining area and living room with gas fireplace and smart TV and a den on the main floor with another Smart TV . Upstairs is the bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The house sits on a tree-lined street in a quiet, family neighbourhood one block away from public transportation and a short walk from a food market, Starbucks coffee, a local wine shop, and a delicious ice cream parlour. Parking if you have a car is right in front of the house on our quiet street. If you need public transit, we are 1 short block walk to public transportation and a short walk to a food market , Starbucks coffee, Local wine shop and a delicious ice cream shop.

Palm Retreat House - Luxury 2 BR in Snug Cove

Newly rennovated and furnished and just a short (flat!) walk from the ferry in Snug Cove, the Palm Retreat House has everything you need for a tranquil and easy island escape in high style. Enjoy a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms that can sleep up to 5. Walk to shops, cafe's, galleries, restaurants, beaches, and trails. Your experienced hostess can provide tips for cycling, walks, hikes, beaches and more, and she efforts to make your stay special. High design and peaceful, but close to everything!

We are a 5 minute drive/15 minute walk to Snug Cove with easy access to trails, beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, studios & more. Escape it all!

Please note our home is ideal for families or couples with an incredible loft area for kids or additional adults. A limited noise after ten policy applies and our caretaker resides in a separate unit below.

Private en-suite room with the separate entrance at back in the newly refurbished 100 year old heritage house. 10 min by bus (bus stop is 1 min walking distance) /35 min by foot to downtown, 15 min walk to Kitsilano beach. 'Green Way' - cycling/pedestrian route is located within a block away with Mobi Go Station near by (shared bike service). There is a conveniently located grocery store across the street, also a few local restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops near by.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.
