Our 1840’s renovated grist mill is located in the beautiful Monadnock Region. The house and cottage are situated on twelve acres and includes gardens, an orchard, berry bushes, grape vines, beehives, a dog, and a tremendous waterfall. We are close to many of nature’s gems including Mount Monadnock, Pack Monadnock, the Heald Tract hiking trails, skiing, snowshoeing and swimming. Also the acclaimed MacDowell Arts Center, Andy’s Summer Playhouse, Andres Institute of Art and the Waldorf Schools.

Get away from life at the treetop sanctuary! Follow the suspended path through the trees to your own little treetop oasis. This standalone space rests 30 feet above the forest floor. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our peaceful cottage on Daniels Lake. The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.

A quiet and beautiful updated second-floor apartment steps away from downtown Concord. The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!

Bright ‘n Cozy Cottage in Concord

The Cottage is attached to our 1880 New Englander. We live right next door to the Cottage with our two pups. You will have the entire guest suite to yourself. Enter through the door off of the deck. The kitchen and living room are on the first floor and the bathroom is located between the first and second floors. One bedroom has a full-size mattress and the other has two twin beds.

Pastoral Farm in NH
