COVID-COMPLIANT EXTRA SANITIZED AND CLEAN! Spacious studio living space with a cozy and well lit bedroom, a comfortable and large living area and a full private bathroom awaits my guests. The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

By car it’s an easy 20 min commute to Boulder, lovely Lyons 15 minutes away; to RMNP or Denver in under an hour. We are happy to share bicycles, gas grill, hot tub, sauna & swing set. Unique large studio on garden level with wood burning stove. The wood burning stove faces the comfortable queen bed. Cozy loveseat with ottoman, full of blankets, in front of a smart TV. Enter your account details to be able to watch it. It has a 3/4 bathroom (stand up shower) with all linens provided. Work desk and chair. Dining table for two next to the kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided. Long stays encouraged, dates are only blocked for possible long-term renters. 1 hour drive to RMNP.
