Charmant 2 pièces à deux pas des Buttes Chaumont. L'appartement se situe dans le quartier calme de Botzaris. Le marché de places des fêtes (mardi, vendredi et dimanche) est à 10 minutes à pied. Plusieurs commerces à proximité, Jourdain, Laumière et Rue de la Villette. 3 lignes de métro à proximité de l'appartement (5, 11 et 7bis) et plusieurs lignes de bus. Nous travaillons tous les deux dans la restauration parisienne et nous serons ravis de vous faire découvrir des jolies adresses.
