Boston is a historic town and is a great place to explore Lincolnshire. Frampton Marsh RSPB wetland is only a 10min drive, Spalding Outlet and Skegness on the beautiful East Coast is not far. The flat offers sky Q and movies package, Superfast broadband and much more. Free road side parking. Free Washer drier located on 1st floor.

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.
