Welcome to a piece of paradise out in the country! The entire downstairs is yours to enjoy. Guests have separate entrance and completely private backyard. The apartment is completely self-contained and there are 2 acres of woodland going to a small waterfall that the patio overlook. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax!
