Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo. A soli 15 min da Termoli con le sue spiagge, il borgo antico e porto di partenza per le Isole Tremiti. La casa è composta da: ampia camera matrimoniale con balconcino, bagno con doccia , soggiorno ampio con divano letto e grazioso balcone sulla piazza principale del paese. Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

It can accommodate six people, with EXCLUSIVE USE of the entire property and the pool. Your pets are welcome. In the property there are cats. The presence of a bridge, quite close to the house, is not so disturbing.
