The property is near the hub of Bonavista and local artisan shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, a theatre, a grocery store, and a pharmacy.

This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! This little gem has its own outdoor dock and is located right on the Fox Island trail! Because it is right on the water we have a propane Cinderella incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. These colourful stages are a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax by the indoor propane fireplace or enjoy a beverage on the dock!

Little Catalina offers a playground for children and offers several hiking trails including Arch Rock hiking trail and Little Catalina - Maberly Trail.

This property is located in a historic Bonavista neighbourhood, known as Canaille, which was known for public houses and the fishing class. Newly built in 2019, this house is centrally located in the historic Mockbeggar area of Bonavista. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs, Old Days Pond boardwalk, churches, and the Matthew Legacy building.
