Looking for a beautiful home with true historic Savannah charm while staying in the heart of the Victorian District? This first floor apartment is fully furnished with mid-century modern furniture and custom-made pieces, and has a cool, beachy vibe. Located six blocks from historic Forsyth Park and an easy ride to River Street and all the great restaurants, shops and attractions along the way. Next door is a historic Carnegie Library and across the street, a park and playground. Private space, front and rear keypad access, large front porch, small back porch, private parking, WIFI, full cable. As much or as little as they prefer! I am happy to be a concierge in this beautiful little historic city of ours, and give lots of helpful hints and tourist tips, or they can explore on their own. The attractive neighborhood has a library right next door, a park across the street, and lots of friendly neighbors all around. Several pubs and restaurants are nearby, along with both fine and casual dining, plus grocery and package stores. The CAT bus system is available right on the corner. A taxi ride to River Street runs about $5, Uber is an easy option and Forsyth Park is a 6 block walk. A walk to River street takes about 30 minutes. Private parking out back and also parking out front. The City of Savannah and the State of Georgia require that we collect a lodging tax of 13% on all bookings. This fee will be added to your total for the number of nights you stay with us.

Laid back guest house located close to the marsh and 15 minutes south of the Historic District. Quiet locale with private entrance, large yard and small but cozy interior that includes a queen bed, desk and kitchenette area. Nestled under a grand live oak, the Half House is home to many birds and a barred owl that often takes residence upon the branches. Laundry avail too. The Crooked Oak Cottage is a short walk to Historic Bluff drive which overlooks the intracoastal waterway. The Isle of Hope community has several crafts and art shows through out the year. The IOH Marina hosts monthly concerts, kayak rentals and local fishing charters. Crooked Oak is minutes from Wormsloe plantation, Tybee beach, Savannahs Downtown area and many other attractions.
