The Bird and Bike

This little flat, built into the end of our shed, is simple but quirky. Don't expect all brand spanking new plates and cutlery from Ikea - we've upcycled almost everything (except linen and towels). Set 30 metres from the main house, you'll have privacy to come and go as you please, but we love a chat if you do too! We're on 5 acres. Birdlife is right outside your door (- often including our chickens!). We're ten minutes walk from a beautiful estuary beach and 4km out of Marlo township.

New in 2023. 10 minutes from Jindabyne and 35 minutes to Thredbo & Perisher, WeeWilly offers the perfect basecamp. The views towards Jindabyne , the Main range and Mt Perisher are stunning. You will feel a thousand miles away, but your not. Electricity, WiFI, great phone service, smart TV, reverse cycle heating/aircon, fire pit, sun soaked balcony, nature & hot shower make this the perfect retreat after a day in the mountains, summer and winter. Private, but not far from civilisation.

Quiet self-contained unit with abundant bird life

Our peaceful property is a quaint self contained unit which is separate from the main house and has bush views. Please note that we have recently changed our house rules and for safety and suitability reasons we no longer accept bookings with children. We also cannot accommodate pets. Please note that WiFi connection is poor inside the unit but ok on covered deck. No charging of EV permitted but there are two stations in town that we can ferry you too if we are available.

With easy access via sealed bitumen rd & driveway & not to far from beautiful beaches.
