This is one of four apartments in my house. The house is situated in the center of little town Bol. It is 5 minutes away from the sea and ten minutes away from the first beach. Our house is typical old autohtonous dalmatian house. It is made of stones and has been completely renovated inside five years ago. It is on the second floor, but you still can use a terrace in front of the house. It has one bedroom ,a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It can take from 1 to 4 people. It is completely equipped, it has a sat TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, all cooking utensils, linen and towels. There is also an outdoor grill which you can use and a parking place if you arrive by car. By staying in our apartments you can really feel the atmosphere of an old dalmatian house. You can even taste original dalmatian homemade beverages. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but very near the center. In Bol, there are lots of beaches, but the most famous is beach Zlatni rat. It is situated outside the village. It is 20 minutes away on foot from my house, but you can go there by car, by taxi-boat or by little tourist train that goes every half an hour. There are also lots of other sights to see, like Branislav Dešković gallery, an old Dominican Monastery, Dragon's cave, desert Blaca and Vidova gora, the highest peek of all dalmatian islands from which you can sometimes see Italy.

This property is 15 minutes walk from the famous Zlatni Rat pebbly beach, 1200 m away. Just 500 m from a closest pebbly beach. It is 600 m from the centre of Bol and within a 10 minute walk from tennis courts. All accommodation units come with a dining area and a private entrance. Kitchen facilities include a fridge, an oven and a stove. Free private parking lot is provided on site. The Brač Airport is 13 km from the property. Supetar Ferry Port is at a distance of 38 km. Apartment's house is located next to the beach on a beautiful promenade towards to Zlatni rat. The apartment is located on the first floor,south side of the villa with direct view of the sea. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with two single beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and large terrace. It is designed to accommodate 2-4 people and is ideal for families with children. *The nearest free and secure parking is 400 m from the apartment. *Please read other notes

Coastal Apartments Lipa Two

This is a modern, newly decorated apartment overlooking the coastal walking road that leads to the most famous Croatian beach, Zlatni Rat. It's on the ground floor of a house along with a beautiful garden, a comfy patio and both southern and western terrace. Inside there is a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom.There is a possibility to rent out both floors of the house (suitable for 8 to 10 people) on request. Free parking on the premises.

The Island Place

A spacious (120 m2) completely refurbished 3 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms, relax zone and magnificent sea view overlooking the Bol harbor and the open sea. Situated in very center of Bol in quiet residential area. The apartment is an entirely functional FAMILY HOME with fully equipped kitchen, all appliances and utensils. Each room is separately air- conditioned and sleeping area is separated from living and dining area.

Ova kuća robizonskog stila pogodna je za sve ljubitelje prirode koji žele provesti odmor uživajući u blagodima koje ona nudi. Ova kamena kućica okružena maslinikom i vrtom, iako u robizonskom stilu, opskrbljena je tekućom vodom, električnom strujom i bežičnim internetom. Sadrži sve nužne kućanske uređaje, a ukoliko ste autom, osiguran je i besplatan privatan parking nekoliko stotinjaka metara dalje u obiteljskoj kući.

Cliff House Bol

As the name implies The Cliff House is located atop a beautiful cliff on the island of Brač overlooking the Adriatic sea. From the terace you will enjoy the views of the island of Hvar and the nearby 18th century monastery. Eventhough The Cliff House is a walking distance from the old town of Bol you will be completely isolated as there are no other houses nearby, just olive trees, the sea and the sky.
