Relax in a pleasant holiday house "Olive garden" only 50m from the sea! This is an alone standing house in 400 m2 lot and you would be there alone, no other tourists and no owners. It is located on the cape of a small, peaceful bay, Donja Krušica, surrounded by olive trees and sea. This small cozy house is with accompanying facilities such as a terrace, garden, parking area, secured play area for children and pets, barbecue, and all that with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Split.

This newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for couples and has huge balcony with sea views, lovely kitchen and bathroom and large double bedroom. It is located just 70 metres away from the beach. Free parking is included on the premises for a duration of your stay. You can see the sea directly from your bed and you can enjoy the sunshine or watch the stars on a huge balcony. Property also comes with the air-conditioning and its a climate friendly with solar panels as well.

This brand new house built June 2022 is a joy to behold! It accomodates 5 people and offers a 25square meters swimming pool and a jacuzzi. You can boast with your BBQ skills on the outside terrace; or show the world how good you are playing FIFA on PS5 inside the house. For those rainy nights- we recommend Netflix and chill on our 65” TV. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood 20min drive from hustle and bustle of Split. Are you ready to be our first guests?

Mi smo mala četveročlana obitelj koja živi u kući na 3 kata sa 7 modernih, potpuno opremljenih apartmana. Ovaj apartman je odvojena zgrada smještena odmah iznad naše privatne plaže. Imamo privatnu plažu (samo za naše goste i obitelj) i uz nju osiguravamo prirodnu vodu, tuševe, struju, roštilj, ostavu za plažne potrepštine, kao i 2 veza za čamce. Nalazimo se u mjestu Pisak, mirnom mjestu bez stresa, stvorenom za opuštanje i obiteljski odmor.

Delightful ground-floor holiday house is located near Trogir. This brand-new holiday house provides comfortable accommodation and is perfectly sumptuous for 4 people and pet friendly. The house is fully equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private entrance, parking and it's only 30 meters from the beach. Entire outdoor area is best for setting an evening cocktail or glass of Dalmatian wine. Make your vacation truly memorable!

Seaside apartment with a lovely view

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
