This is one of four apartments in my house. The house is situated in the center of little town Bol. It is 5 minutes away from the sea and ten minutes away from the first beach. Our house is typical old autohtonous dalmatian house. It is made of stones and has been completely renovated inside five years ago. It walls are one meter thick, so you don't need an air conditioner even in hot summer days. It is on the ground floor, with a nice terrace in front of the apartment. It has one bedroom ,a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It can take from 1 to 4 people. It is completely equipped, it has a sat TV, wireless internet, all cooking utensils, linen and towels. There is also an outdoor grill which you can use and a parking place if you arrive by car. In the bedroom, there are stone walls like they were in the old house and through the whole ground floor there is a large wooden beam in the ceiling. It was originally a mast on a sailing ship and it took 20 villager to brought it to the house. By staying in our apartments you can really feel the atmosphere of an old dalmatian house. You can even taste original dalmatian homemade beverages. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but very near the center. In Bol, there are lots of beaches, but the most famous is beach Zlatni rat. It is situated outside the village. It is 25 minutes away on foot from my house, but you can go there by car, by taxi-boat or by little tourist train that goes every half an hour. There are also lots of other sights to see, like Branislav Dešković gallery, an old Dominican Monastery, Dragon's cave, desert Blaca and Vidova gora, the highest peek of all dalmatian islands from which you can sometimes see Italy.

Two pools settled in a peaceful olive garden will offer you privacy, while the city center of Bol (300m), grocery shop, fish-market and pharmacy are only a few minutes away on foot. Zlatni rat, the most popular beach in Croatia, is only 1500m away.

The apartment is in the center, the seafront on the waterfront. It has two floors, terrace with a beautiful view, living area with kitchen, bathroom and a room with a low ceiling in the gallery. In living room there are 2 sofas and in the sleeping part of the gallery there are 2 beds . Fully equipped and very modern. Outside the door you step on a beautiful promenade which extends over 1 km to the beach Zlatni rat. The sea is in front of the house and the nearest beach is 50 m distance.

SEA DREAM ***** (apartment with view)

The apartment, situated in a peaceful location very close to the center, has just been renovated. It has 1 room with 2 single beds (beds can be connected to 1 large size bed), 1 bathroom, kitchen and sofa (large sofa bed) and big terrace with sea view. Apartment is on a great location, 5 minute walk to city centre, 15 minute walk to the most famous beach, Zlatni rat /Golden Cape. Apartment also has a private parking and is ideal place to stay for a family or friends exploring the island.

The Island Place

A spacious (120 m2) completely refurbished 3 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms, relax zone and magnificent sea view overlooking the Bol harbor and the open sea. Situated in very center of Bol in quiet residential area. The apartment is an entirely functional FAMILY HOME with fully equipped kitchen, all appliances and utensils. Each room is separately air- conditioned and sleeping area is separated from living and dining area.

Apartment Eli

Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.

Galebovo gnijezdo

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom odmoru uz more. Ovaj mali i simpatični apartman nalazi se na drugom katu obiteljske kamene kuće tik uz more. Galebovo gnijezdo udaljeno je samo 4 metra od mora, a 20 metara od najbliže plaže, otuda i prekrasan pogled. Udaljen je 3 minute hoda od samog centra Bola i luke, a u blizini se nalaze i ostale plaže oko Dominikanskog samostana do kojih vas dijeli par minuta ugodne šetnje uz more.

Cliff House Bol

As the name implies The Cliff House is located atop a beautiful cliff on the island of Brač overlooking the Adriatic sea. From the terace you will enjoy the views of the island of Hvar and the nearby 18th century monastery. Eventhough The Cliff House is a walking distance from the old town of Bol you will be completely isolated as there are no other houses nearby, just olive trees, the sea and the sky.

Apartment Adriatic is our brend new , spacious, airy, light, luxurious, apartment . In its 90 m2 on there are: Kitchen with dining room, living room, bathroom with shower and balcony with beautiful sea, main bedroom with king bed, another bedroom with twin beds, toilet and big terrace (10m2) which offers splendid panoramic views of the sea and Bol.

Villa Sania with private pool

Peaceful villa with a private swimming pool, only a five-minute walk to the town center and 10 min walk from the nearest beach. Accommodates up to 6 people. Villa Sania consists of two bedrooms, two living rooms, one bathroom and one toilette, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a beautiful garden with private swimming pool.

Great view from Radoš apartmants!!!

Nice place near center of Bol, great view and quiet location. One bedroom with kitchen and balcony. Pets are welcome, free wi-fi! Also, you can use washing machine and dryer in small storage house next to the house. If you have any questions or requests, please let me know, I’m always available!
