Update: In September 2022 we were affected by Hurricane Ian. We had just over 5 feet of flooding in our treasured cottage. We have worked tirelessly to put everything back together. All new tile, walls, electric, lighting, furniture, and we even improved the bathroom! Spacious tropical home with water view from our back yard lanai. Boat Dock with Cleaning Fish Station, BBQ beautiful sunsets with fish jumping in our canal. New large kitchen and one block from art galleries, restaurants and bars.

Beautifully remodeled home has 3 full bedrooms, as well as a bonus room with double futon downstairs at pool lanai. Lots of outdoor space around the pool, on the new boat dock as well as an upper level outdoor breakfast area that can be fully opened up to both main bedrooms via the oversized sliding glass doors to each bedroom. Also includes an elevator!

We are perfectly located in a neighborhood of canals right down from Jug Creek Marina and are set up for retired couples, families, or fishing buddies

This 2 bed 2 bath home sleeps 4 comfortably and there are extra air mattresses. The decor is modern and the home has an old Florida style. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boats. There are 4 older bikes, a single and tandem kayaks. Live music and food are at the end of the street at Jug Creek. Bokeelia is known for its boating, fishing, kayaking and biking. Relax on either of the two decks or patio or hit the water for some fun. The boat ramp and kayak access are both very close.
