Nestled in the center of vibrant Hyde Park, this upstairs apartment is perfectly situated. Stunning high desert foothills trails, river, city night life; it’s all just a stroll away. I am proud to offer The Heart of Hyde Park as a perfect taste of the Boise North End experience, complete with all its warmth and traditional character.

Franklin Place - Downtown Historic Apartment

This charming apartment is the 2nd level of our historic home. It has a separate entrance. We are walking distance to the heart of downtown Boise with fine dining, breweries, arts and all that Boise has to offer. Out our back door are the Boise foothills for hiking or evening strolls for incredible views of Boise. Includes a private bedroom, spacious living room, separate kitchen and dining area. This entire space has been completely renovated, keeping its original charm and character.

Clean, cozy, and wallet-friendly, this no-frills studio sits in a historic converted home near St. Luke’s, BSU, the Greenbelt, and downtown Boise. It’s not fancy, but it has what you need: a comfy bed, a small kitchen setup, bathroom, and a spot to land between shifts, classes, or exploring. The location does the heavy lifting, not the finishes. If you want sleek and upscale, skip it—if you’re after value and access, this place delivers. Look at "other details" for notes about parking.

Eighth St. Apartment

The daylight basement apartment is part of a bungalow built in 1920, below our counseling office. Walk to Boise Foothills, historic Hyde Park, & downtown. Boise Co-op grocery & deli across the street, & convenience store next door. The apartment has a separate entrance, queen bed & a couch that folds down. Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed.

Phillippi Place

Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.

Where east foothills meet downtown, come and enjoy your stay in our beautifully designed one bedroom apartment. With a full eat in kitchen, wifi, television and onsite laundry. Nestled away on a deadend street, you can walk to downtown and enjoy a night on the town or a morning stroll to one of the many restaurants and cafes. If you are feeling adventurous, just step around the corner and you can explore the foothills and the many outdoor activities they have to offer.
