Bakar is only a short drive away from lovely beaches on the south side, and Kostrena, Rijeka, Opatija and Istria on the west side. A two hours drive will also take you to beautiful National park of Plitvička jezera( lakes) and Venice, Italy.

Quick and easy access to all kinds of cultural, tourist and all other town facilities; restaurants, shops, banks, post offices, museums, pharmacies... In the neighbourhood there is the town market and larger number of restaurants with varied cuisine. Parking is located directly in front of the entrance and is free for my guests

Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Stan se nalazi na 2. katu, ima 52 kvadrata. Ima dvije spavaće sobe te jednu kupaonicu, kuhinju(kompletno oprmeljenu), hodnik i dnevni boravak. Ima pristup internetu te dvije televzije. Pušenje je dozvoljeno. Stan se nalazi 1 minutu od samog centra grada gdje možete pronaći razne restorane, trgovine i sve što vam treba.

Cosy apartment with a seaview

Quiet location surrounded with big garden and lots of greenery.Two terraces (indoor and outdoor) one with a beautiful seaview. Only 10 minutes walk from the first beach and promenade with lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment can comfortably fit 4 people and is good for families, especially with little kids because garden is fenced and has a lot of shade where you can play with children or can put little baby pool in .In the street there is also a bike rental.

Apartman ima dvije sobe, veću sa bračnim krevetom i manju sa dva odvojena kreveta. Kuhinja je opremljena - hladnjak, frizer, mikrovalna pečnica, kuhalo za vodu, plinski štednjak, suđe i pribor za jelo. Kupaonica sa tušem i WC. Klima uređaj. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli. Boravišna pristojba po osobi 1,5€/dan.

Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i lijepo uređenom smještaju. Studio se nalazi u centru malog mjesta Sveti Vid-Miholjice, tik iznad Malinske. Od centra Malinske i plaže udaljeni je oko 1 km, 15-ak minuta hoda. Mjesto je vrlo mirno i savršeno za opuštanje i odmor. 100 m od kuće nalazi se mala trgovina s osnovnim potrepštinama a veliki trgovački centri udaljeni su oko 500 m od kuće. Parking je u dvorištu kuće.
