Enjoy golf course views from the patio, king-size master bed and easy access to the bike trails, restaurants, and shops that make Hilton Head Island the perfect place to relax & unwind.

Two bedroom suites (new mattresses and ceiling fans), with separate renovated baths. Beautiful maple hardwood & tile floors throughout. Fully appointed kitchen boasts granite countertops, maple cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. New Washer/Dryer. Jim Says "I personally stay in each of my units to ensure they are maintained to my highest level of expectations."

YOU MUST LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE AND AT LEAST BY 7 AM OF THE DAY, THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT TURNED ON. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.
