All three bedrooms have hotel quality king sized mattresses and smart TVs, both bathrooms offer custom tile showers, the living room is furnished with 2 full sized leather sofas and a swivel chair and a 70” smart TV. Enjoy the hot tub in the private backyard, build a fire in the fire pit and kick back and let the stress melt away. The kitchen is stocked with everything to make your own meals. And if you need a break from cooking check out the local restaurants within walking distance from the cottage! Located only a mile from the public beach and boat launch at Charles Mill Lake and 20 minutes to Mohican State Park.

Relax and recharge at this peaceful place to getaway, visit family, or stay while on business in the area. It is nestled among woods and overlooks a small creek. Visible from the dining room table there are a variety of birds at the feeder and deer by the river. We don’t charge a cleaning fee. In addition to the linens, EVERY TIME the bed comforters, pillow shams, shower mat and rug are laundered before the next guest. Stays over 5 days will have a washer and dryer available for use.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.
