The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

Cozy Elm Heights Apartment Close to Everything IU!

Sweet, sunny and cozy apartment in the lovely Elm Heights Neighborhood minutes from IU and all that Bloomington has to offer. This is a walkout basement unit. It is separated from the rest of the house with a private entrance and patio. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. We live upstairs. We are quiet, but you may hear us at times. You will need to walk through the yard to get to the entrance. Additionally, if you are tall please note that the ceiling height is low in the bedroom.

Located on the north side of Bloomington, it is just 15 minutes from downtown Bloomington, the IU stadium, and an hour from Indianapolis. Nestled in the forests of the Indiana Uplands, the space offers a covered porch with a private entrance, a spacious living room, a kitchenette, and a master bedroom with a full bath.

Across the street and walking distance to IU's sports facilities, this chic and modern wooded retreat is a short drive or bike to downtown Bloomington's vibrant nightlife and community activities. It’s only a short drive, or slightly longer hike to Griffy Lake, only one mile to IU Health Bloomington hospital, and minutes to I69.

The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.
