The Helm—2-Story Container Home close to Magnolia Market

This unique home started as two shipping containers–20' and 40'. We insulated and paneled the interior in pine shiplap and trimmed it out in 100+ year old barnwood. The outside is clad with cedar siding with spacing to allow the original container to still be seen. Entry is through the original container doors or a side entry with a standard door. We removed the steel panels from the doors and replaced them with picturesque full glass. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with LED lights under the rail that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night. The deck and upstairs bedroom is accessed by an exterior spiral stairway. We live right around the corner so are available for anything you need including any questions on the house or your time in Waco. We’ll try to meet you to show you the house if possible but you can also check yourself in with the passcode we’ll send you the day of check-in. The location is a safe rural neighbourhood, just north of Waco and close to I-35. Surrounded by trees, cattle graze nearby. Guests are also welcome to use the lawn. Shop and eat in Homestead Cafe and Craft Village. only 3 minutes away by road. You can park right at the house and Uber is available.

Casstevens Homestead Farm House (Entire House)

Casstevens Homestead House located on 145 acres near Mansfield. great for long walks in the country, or a place to get away. This is a working farm with livestock. House is approximately 150 years old, dating back 5 generations. There are large back pastures for walking out in the country. Pets are welcome, but we do have Great Pyrenees on the farm to protect our chickens. They are very friendly but the will probably greet you at the door. We can stable your horses for riding on request.

The Firefly- Pvt drive Studio Apt, 5mins from Lake

The Firefly is located in heart of Dawson, Texas only a short drive to beautiful natural landscapes of country fields, small businesses, and five minute drive to the Navarro Mills Lake. You will enjoy the rural charm of a small town off the main road that will take you straight into Waco if you go West 40 minutes or Corsicana if you go East 30 minutes. The Firefly is 1.15 hours away from Dallas, Texas. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation spot, we welcome you to the Firefly.

The Bunkhouse offers two bedrooms with queen beds, bath, full kitchen, a front porch, firepit, fishing, and simple relaxing right next to pastures of Texas Longhorn cattle, roosters crowing, donkeys, goats, and more. Country setting offers quiet walks and night skies filled with stars and fireflies. A short drive takes you to our market, shopping, eateries, and theatres, or just cozy-up, and relax in the country.

A 2-bedroom historic home with a modern vibe. Situated in the charm-filled downtown Waxahachie, this home will give you that old town vibe, with all the modern conveniences. Kick back and enjoy this curated space after a day of exploring or sip your coffee on the front porch. *** I wanted to emphasize that downtown Waxahachie has 2 trains that run through. They are loud. While staying at this small and cozy guesthouse situated on a small farmstead, you will be 20 minutes from magnolia and the silos and just 8 minutes from Homestead Heritage. While not being in Waco, this guesthouse is only a few minutes from I35 so your trip into town will be very convenient. Cute cabin located on a working farm. Enjoy the horses and cows grazing right outside. Comfortable 2 bedrooms with a sleeping loft for the kids (horizontal only for adults). Hosts live on the same property so we will usually be available if you need anything during your stay. We prefer a low-distraction lifestyle, but a TV is available on request. Limited outdoor space available.

La Maison (Hannah's Place) King bed! in Corsicana

NO CLEANING FEE! Hannah's place is a modern chic 2 story apartment in a small 5 unit complex. This unit has been furnished nicely with a touch of French flair. It can sleep up to 7 people with 2 king beds, 3 single (bunk) beds. Bring your toothbrush as that's all you'll need to feel right at home in this comfortable space!

Thompson Homestead

This guest suite is located within close proximity to Kaufman (12 minutes), Crandall (10 minutes) and Scurry TX (6 minutes). With only a short 40 minute drive to downtown Dallas, it offers the perfect location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a day trip to Dallas.
