There are 2 seperate suites for rent. These are not connected but both open up to a large, private terrace surrounded by gardens. Relax and enjoy the charms of downtown Mystic. Located on the historic property of Captain William Morgan, an 18th century sea captain, this private Carriage House is situated just a 1/4 block from downtown, in the heart of Mystic, but also quiet & secluded. This is a nice traditionally furnished one bedroom apartment. The kitchen is small but functional. The neighborhood is mixed but changing rapidly. Lots of new housing . .Most people who stay here for more than a few days get over it and I've had a number of people stay longer term .It does have a great bathroom and very comfortable bedroom plus the fireplace in the living room.please this is a complete apartment. No shared kitchen or bath.please the heat stays at 70 degrees not above.

Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

This area of Granby was a favorite of the Hartford elite for a place to 'summer' in the early part of the 20th Century.
