Safe off road parking available in front of the cottage in a quiet cul-de-sac A short 3 minute drive to the Jolly Roger bar and restaurant located in the tranquil Waikawa Marina, second largest Marina in NZ. Stunning bush walks located close to the cottage, including a 25 min walk to Picton, Wakawa Marina and the scenic Mt Victoria. Just a 5min drive to either Ferry terminal, restaurants, bars and shopping in Picton High Street.

Korimako Cottage ... idyllic Havelock retreat

A step from the Havelock marina with immediate access to the Marlborough Sounds. Wood-lined cottage retreat for two (not suitable for children) sharing the grounds of an historic cottage. Private space WiFi, bathroom and limited kitchen Fridge, bench oven, crockery, cutlery. Sun soaked lounge opening over a shared native garden lush with nature. A three minute walk to village and restaurants and Pelorus Mailboat. For double or single stays. A calm peaceful getaway . Self check in.

The Cowshed

Herd of Cows?! Quiet, comfortable and fun accommodation just 15 minutes walk through the picturesque Picton Marina to cafes, bars, shops, theatres, cruises and walking tracks. Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement. Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. My folly and a labour of love! If you don't have a sense of humour or don't like cows.....don't book in! :-)

Artist's Retreat

Up a long driveway next to native bush hides this cute wee art studio with Vonny’s art on the walls. This is a Self-contained cabin with comfy queen bed, sun-soaked deck off-street parking & just 7 min drive from Picton the gateway to the South Island. Centrally located to explore coastal drives, bush & bike tracks. Just a 5 min walk to the Waikawa beach for a swim, 10min walk to our local pub & 8 min drive to the ferry, perfect for a stopover, please note there’s no cooking facilities.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located guest unit. Please note our unit has a kitchenette only: Jug, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer. 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive from both ferries. A quick walk to the shops, restaurants, beach and nearby walking tracks. Perfect for those needing a place to rest before heading north or south. Our home is at the front, guest house is down the driveway. Security cameras at the front and rear of house making this very secure.

Our place is a self contained studio unit situated on a vineyard only 6 km from Blenheim. It has great views over the vineyard and is quiet and secluded despite being close to all amenities and the outstanding range of vineyards that Marlborough has to offer. Feel free to stroll our vineyard and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of it's rural location. Please note: due to being a working vineyard our property is not suitable or safe, for infants or children.

Queen Charlotte Hideaway

Stunning views over to the village of Havelock and beyond to the breathtaking Pelorus Sounds and decorated with a stylish Pacific vibe. Watch the boats come and go from the marina and relax on the deck or balcony. The water is tidal so at high tide the water laps at the property boundary. At low tide there are expansive mud flats. The view is constantly changing with lots of bird life. It is north west facing so we get the most beautiful sunsets.

Hi, We have a very special standlone Cottage set on a large 4 acre block. The cottage is set in its own setting and is sepearte to the main home. With beautiful gardens and a very peaceful area, you will relax and enjoy the tranquility. Gibson Creek runs thru the property and is home to various wildlife. The Wine Bike trail passes the front of the property and bikes are free of charge. There is the Renwick township 5 minutes away by car.

If you’re looking to save on accommodation and just need a comfortable place to rest, this is a great option. The sleepout is located privately behind the garage, separate from our main house, offering you a private and quiet space during your stay.
