A Unique Garden House in the heart of the Kent Countryside with views across our 3 acre orchard. Included in your stay is your very own private garden, complete with hot tub & summerhouse to relax in. The property also has private parking plus a secret woodland hideaway. Within walking distance is both Sharsted Wood and Doddington Place Gardens which are great for exploring, plus our local pubs - The Black Lion and The Chequers Inn which are perfect for a spot of lunch or a dinner reservation.

The Studio beside The Barn Sweech Farm

Why not enjoy this historic place in a picturesque setting. The Studio is a 500-year old grain store, now converted into a studio annex. Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.

Cosy Woodland Annexe

Our Annexe is a modern, cozy space, with free parking. The annexe is adjoining our home, but guests have their own private entrance. Inside is a spacious lounge, with settee, table and chairs, TV with Netflix and WiFi. To set our guests up for the day, we offer a selection of complementary, delicious, home baked pastries for breakfast. There is a seperate good sized, bedroom overlooking the garden,with a double bed and wardrobe. There is modern shower room with toiletries provided.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located little home on the Whitstable Road within a 10 minute walking distance from all the delights that Canterbury has to offer, with buses to Whitstable at your doorstep. This is a step free annexe to a Victorian family house, with your own separate entrance.There is free private parking as well as an option to use the EV charger for a nominal fee. You'll have your own fully equipped kitchen and cosy bedroom and bathroom with shower

Welcome to our "Rabbit Hole", aptly named as you will discover on your visit to us; just peep out of the windows! Spacious but intimate, we hope that we got your holiday home right. Some of the stuff we thought of, a super king bed, so you can stretch out like starfish. Love music, connect and play your sounds on the Samsung speaker. 65" television to watch a Netflix epic? Open the window in the bedroom, fill the big bath tub and immerse yourself in the night sky with a glass of bubbles

You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

The Cart Stable is a beautifully presented accommodation for two located in the quiet hamlet of Dargate in Kent at the entrance to the historic Blean Woods. It's ideal for exploring this wonderful part of Kent with beaches and bustling Kentish towns on our doorstep. The Times featured us! Sappington Granary is a secluded, romantic hideaway in pretty Kent countryside. This 200yr-old wooden farm building has been updated, but retains its unusual charm. Delightfully & individually decorated, it is one of a kind. Inside it is snug & romantic. Perfect for little breaks, peacefully isolated but still close to Canterbury and beaches. Walk in nearby woods, the local valleys or even (if very energetic) to the pub, it is the perfect couples' break.

We are only a 10 minute drive into Whitstable & Faversham & an approximate 15 minute drive into the historic city of Canterbury. Seasalter & Whitstable Beaches are also just a 10-15 minute drive away. During the week the local bus runs into both Whitstable & Faversham and Taxis are readily available from either town.

This is paid for separately. Enjoy Whitstable's great restaurants and trendy cafes. Alba Lodge is a double height space, designed with sustainability in mind. Drift off to sleep in the king size bed. Freshen up in the large walk in shower. Sauna and cold plunge is £30 per couple, per session.

Accessed via secure metal gates on a long private gravel driveway situated along the route of the original 'Crab and Winkle' railway. The 1st regular steam passenger railway in the world. The property is not visible from the road. The nearest pub is The Hare at Blean situated in Blean and literally a five min drive away.
