Über das Grundstück sind es nur wenige Schritte zum eigenen Meerzugang.

Udaljen je 70m od kristalno čistog mora. Kuća ima 100m2 (plus lođa od 30m2). Tu je i dodatni prostor za opuštanje od 25 m² s vanjskim tušem gdje možete roštiljati te bazen s terasom od 100 m² gdje se možete sunčati. Udaljen je 35 km od Korčule, a najbliža trgovina udaljena je 10' hoda.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
