A truly special hideaway in a unique location within the walls of Holkham Park. The characterful, timber barn dates from 1880 and has been sympathetically renovated to provide a spacious, stylish and comfortable studio room with en suite shower, wood burning stove and garden. Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Idyllic rural position. Allocated off road parking for 1 vehicle. Private enclosed garden. 10 minutes drive to the coast. 3 great pubs within 3 miles. Convenience store -2 miles. Breathtaking views, and a private fully enclosed garden - the perfect retreat. Dog friendly. REDUCED RATE WEEKLY BOOKINGS (NON-PEAK TIMES).

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. A one bedroom cottage converted in 2019 from the original Tap Room of an old public house. It is situated at the top end of Blakeney High Street. There is off street parking on the drive, a private gated front entrance and patio. Patio doors from the living room open to private west facing patio. The living room is spacious with a vaulted ceiling and incorporates the kitchen and breakfast bar. Double doors lead to the bedroom ( king size bed) and shower room. SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS ONLY
