Guest house perfect for a quiet relaxing stay in the middle of pine trees, mountains, and meadows. Relax with us in the quiet beauty of the Black Hills. Deer, turkeys, rabbits, chipmunks are seen on the property--often right out your window. Children's playground, deck on mountaintop and 26 acres of meadow/forest to roam. 3 miles outside Custer Rock shop at our home and welcome rock-hounds. Guest house is in the back of our shop--separate from the house. Private concrete covered patio.

House on the Hill

A beautiful, quiet retreat in the Black Hills. The 1100 SFT open concept suite is inviting and easily accommodates 4 people. Located above the garage, this unit includes two bedrooms, (1 with a queen bed and 1 with a full bed with full trundle) and a bathroom. The views of the hills are incredible. UPDATE: There is NO stove. Other ways to cook are provided e.g. air fryer/instant pot, hot plate, microwave, toaster, gas grill) PLEASE NOTE: There is NO TV in the suite. The WiFi is EXCELLENT

Drive-up / Private entrance. Large sitting area, table 6 chairs. Finch Suite in loft has a queen bed, full bath with Jacuzzi tub & shower & deck/view of Blk Elk Mtn. Guest Bedroom on main floor has a queen bed & private bath with shower. Knotty Pine Cabin is smoke-free(in home). No pets allowed.

Explore all Hill City and the Black Hills have to offer from this 1-bedroom hideaway, only 1 mile east of downtown Hill City. This cozy hideaway was just finished in December 2025 and is in the walk-out basement of a private residence. This one-bedroom is finished with knotty pine accents sleeps up to 4 guests on a king bed in the bedroom and a queen memory foam sofa sleeper in the living room. It also includes a full private bathroom. We accommodate NON-smokers only. NO pets/animals.

Mtn Peaks Inn-Silver Peak Suite-Downtown Hill City

Mountain Peaks Inn is the perfect location to explore the Black Hills. We are a short walk from historic downtown Hill City. Silver Peak Suite which was newly constructed in July 2025, sleeps up to 4 guests on a super-queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper. It offers many conveniences and comforts, including a full private bath; access to a large front deck, charcoal and gas grills, and a small metal fire pit. We do not allow pets and welcome non smokers only.

Black Hills Cabin- Pine Room

The Pine Room is located at the beautiful Double Diamond Ranch and is a comfortable suite that has a built in refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, fireplace, a/c, wifi, tv, cell phone svc., its own patio set, outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and propane fire pit. The views are beautiful and the horses come up to deck to visit. Breakfast is not provided in the Pine room although there is coffee and a coffee pot.

Our Lodge Suite gives you PRIVACY with approximately 1300 square feet of living space including; 2 bedrooms (Bears Den & Black Hills), 2 bathrooms, living room, gas fireplace, flat-screen tv, two patios front and rear, plus two private enhances.  The entire ground floor of our wonderful log lodge. Breakfast is served! Great for families! Room to roam!
