This very charming two-bedroom, two-bath Guest house is located on one of the most scenic by-ways in the State of Colorado and is quaint from head to toe! The Hummingbirds are incredible. They migrate here from South America to breed in the summer. The wildlife is abundant. There are deer, elk, foxes, etc. The views are amazing and all the other gifts shared with us by Mother Nature are breathtaking. This property was used as a very successful Bed and Breakfast from 1994 to 2003.

The cozy cabin includes everything you need: soft sheets, plush towels, coffee, tea, toiletries, WiFi, and miles of space to walk, hike, bike, and explore. Red Canyon, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, and local event venues are nearby. Come enjoy nature, fresh air, starry skies, sunsets, and true tranquility. There is a queen bed and a twin bed on site.

River View - Cabin 7

Great cabin with 1 queen bed, kitchenette and private bath. Can add 1 full size bed for $20 with advance notice. 2 night min. stay for holiday weekends. Bedding, towels, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator and basic kitchenware provided. Pond and river view. Our new wifi has been reliable. Pet fees are $15 per pet per night to be paid on arrival, no pets on furniture, must be leashed, picked up after and not left unattended in cabins unless crated.
