A very cosy home, in a quiet area of the city, with a garden where you can relax and enjoy the long summer evenings in Norway. In winter you are close to many ski locations + even an indoor downhill ski/snowboard experience. Need some cat love? If our cat Fabian is home he will be happy to cuddle! *But in winter he may not be, he has holidays too.* With a 10-15 minute walk you can easily access the city center with bus, train and metro. Driving with the car takes 10-15 minutes to the centre.

Siden det er en del av en tomannsbolig passer det ikke til fester eller arrangementer. Her kan man nyte morgenkaffen mens man ser ekorn hoppe fra tre til tre. Det er to minutter til nærmeste busstopp med avganger til jernbanestasjonen flere ganger i timen.

House built in 2016, total 150 square meters. All furnitures and beds are from 2017/2018. Modern, nice and cosy house with a lot of functional equipments as: code opening for outer door, ice cube machine integrated in the fridge, integrated coffee machine in the kitchen, two integrated Owens in the kitchen. Bedroom 4 is one big, open room that covers the entire 3rd floor (attic). This room is open and has no door.

The house is 100 sq. m ( 900 sg. f) so you will have plenty of room to relax.
