Található benne egy jól felszerelt konyha, egy fűrdőszoba, egy nappali kihúzható kanapéval és egy hálószoba 2 személyes ággyal. A közelben található üzlethelyiségek, gyógyszertár, pizzázó valamint a Wellnes Tusnád, amely remek egy kis kikapcsolódásra. Pár kilóméterre megtalálható a Szent Anna tó valamint a Bálványos Resort.
