Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

Continental breakfast on request ( $20 per person, just order on your arrival.) Our home is in Birkenhead Point, 50mtr walk to good cafes and an easy stroll to the short ferry crossing to CBD. Off rd parking. We are close to Little Shoal Bay with its bush walks, and to the Bridgeway Cinema and local shops.

Please no smoking/vaping on the property, you can smoke outside by the street. No parties allowed.
