The area's best restaurants, cafés, sunset bars, shops, wellness centers,banks and stores are all within a couple of minutes by foot. The beach is a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk. The condo is in a prestigious condominium consisting of only 9 other units. Parking is for ONE vehicle only. Mini Vans and Trucks do not fit in our parking space, ONLY 7-passenger SUV's and Smaller Cars!
