It's a scenic drive to historic Leek, Buxton, The Potteries, Trentham Estate, Alton Towers (50mins) and Jodrell Bank

Rock End Retreat

Rock End Retreat is a spacious self contained bungalow with parking for two cars. It has easy access and is set in a peaceful and private setting on a working family dairy farm. The retreat is modern with plush bedrooms and comfy sofas with newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The outside area is securely fenced so that pooches can explore safely. We can offer farm tours for those interested in the milking process. Also The Woodland Watch shepherd’s hut can accommodate extra guests here.

Sky View Lodge

With plenty of space for 4 people to enjoy their stay on the peak of Staffordshire Moorlands surrounded by breath-taking views of the rolling hills that make the Peak District National Park, with fantastic walking and cycling routes in abundance. Once you step out of the lodge, the panoramic views of the surrounding areas offer some of the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets.

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

It is well located to visit the Peak District, or get the train into Manchester from Macclesfield or Congleton. There are a number of National Trust properties within easy reach , as well as Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, the antique shops of Leek and the pottery towns of Stoke on Trent.

Welcome to the Mariannerie! This cosy cottage nestles under two enormous oak trees in a large garden, with views over open fields. Our family of 5 people plus an Airedale Terrier will give you a warm welcome and will do everything we can to help you enjoy your stay. Simply furnished and comfortable, you can relax inside the cottage or explore the garden - the patio, the hammock, the fire-pit, or the BBQ, or just sitting in the damson orchard admiring the blossom!

Cloud View at Ever-Rest

Stay cozy over the colder period and join us to enjoy our beautiful apartment. Whatever your winter tipple maybe, enjoy it in front of our log burner. Cloud View at Ever-Rest is located in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands. Gillow Heath is a quiet rural area, very near the Cheshire boarder, offering lovely views. The local area offers nice walks, National Trust properties and gardens, offering a perfect relaxing weekend or mid-week break.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located on a very sought-after residential estate and only a 25 minute walk into the centre of congleton. The house is situated at the end of the road (dead end) so no through traffic and very quiet. Within steps of the front door you can access the footpath that’s takes you in to our wonderful countryside within a few minutes.

The Annex

We are situated just outside the picturesque village of Bagnall. We are a 25 minute drive from Alton Towers, 20 minutes from the market town of Leek and 20 minutes from the Potteries. The annex is a self contained building standing next to our home. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine. We have a number of animals sharing our lives, most of whom are very happy to welcome visitors.

Dolly’s Hut 1

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Dolly’s hut is luxury in the countryside with a wood fired hot tub and log burner. Dolly is our highland cow on the farm that you may get chance to see during your stay. The stunning views are sure to make your stay relaxing and memorable. Dolly’s hut is unique as it has a connecting bridge from the hut to the outdoor seating area.
