The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Relax and make yourself at home in our charming 1-bedroom bungalow — the perfect retreat for a restful getaway. Featuring a super king-size bed with White Company bedding, a well-equipped kitchen and a bright and comfortable living room with stunning views of the garden. The modern restroom includes a walk-in shower and Rituals toiletries for a luxury experience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio or take advantage of the hammocks on the pond both with views of the surrounding garden.

Romantic cottage, perfect for walkers.

Romantic 'hide-away' in a lovely quiet part of the New Forest, the front gate leads directly onto the Forest. Situated in the grounds of a family house, the cottage has its own private patio. There is a village pub within a short walk from the cottage, and there are many wonderful walks without the need to drive. The thatched cottage has studio style accommodation and has been refurbished to a high-standard with underfloor heating. Bicycle storage. Later check out (12noon) on Sundays.

Romantic & Boutique Stable Conversion Close to Pub

Winnie’s Stable is a freshly renovated brick built stable block, one of two, located on a farm, which combines all the charm and character of a period building with the style and comfort of a warm and comfortable home. Set in the heart of the New Forest National Park, where ponies, donkeys, cows and pigs roam free, the walking and biking trails are literally on our doorstep, as is a fab pub, cafe and farm shop, and of course the New Forest itself. Borrow our complimentary push bikes too.

New Forest Edge Shepherd's Lodge

Half a mile from the New Forest, Shepherd’s Lodge is hidden away at the the end of a long garden. It has a wood burning stove, electric heating, patio and it’s own fenced garden. The sofa has views over the surrounding farmland. There is a kitchen/dining area to prepare simple meals, separate shower room/toilet, a radio, GOOD 4G SIGNAL BUT NO INTERNET OR TELEVISION. Tea, coffee & milk provided. Well behaved dogs welcome but must not be left alone. Stabling for a horse at extra cost.

The Glade at Ladyhill Vineyard near Winchester

Nestled on the edge of an ancient wood in South Downs National Park and with fantastic views over Ladyhill Vineyard and the Hampshire countryside The Glade has a cosy A-Frame to grab a good night sleep, a separate shower room with flushable loo to keep you fresh and a kitchen equip-for-easy glamping. Relax and admire the views, BBQ on the fire pit, spot deer and hare or stroll down the river Itchen to The Bush gastro pub. You’ll return home totally refreshed!

Shepherd's Hut in the New Forest

Our cosy shepherds hut is situated at the end of our garden in front of our small wood overlooking our paddock in the heart of the New Forest. Situated near the market town of Fordingbridge "Harry's Hut" is in the perfect setting for you to enjoy hiking around The Forest, exploring ancient woodland and visit many of the delightful pubs nearby. The cathedral city of Salisbury is 10 miles to the north and the beautiful Dorset coastline 15 miles to the south.

New Forest Bothy

The Bothy is in the heart of the picturesque, tranquil village of Harbridge. This gem of a place is on the edge of the New Forest offering miles of fantastic walking, cycling and horse riding. It is set within a pretty garden with windows overlooking garden/fields making a peaceful and romantic setting for anyone. You have a lovely ensuite bedroom with a small kitchen. There are numerous pubs in the area which offer good evening meals.

Studio Flat on New Forest National Park border

Come and unwind on the peaceful banks of the River Avon just moments from the New Forest National Park. The Garden Flat, tucked away in the hamlet of Bickton, near Fordingbridge offers one or two adults a calm, comfortable retreat. Forming part of a large Victorian country house and surrounded by over an acre of garden, the self-contained studio with outdoor dining is perfect for relaxing, reading and pottering in the fresh air.

In an unspoiled part of the New Forest, deer roam through the gardens, a short walk from three wonderful pubs and the open forest itself. It's a great setting from which to explore, although with a well equipped kitchen and cosy woodburner, you may not venture anywhere!
