The 1-room apartment with air conditioning is on the ground floor and is cozy and small (approx. 20 sqm), functionally furnished, for max. 2 people! The studio was extensively renovated in spring 2023 and is simple but equipped with everything you need. It is quietly located and can be reached via a separate entrance (with a small terrace) in the rear garden of our holiday home. The patio and loungers are available to apartment guests for eating and relaxing.

There is a bathroom (with toilet and shower) as well as another separate toilet. Enjoy terrace and big balcony with the garden- and partly sea-view. Rest calm about the heat, since you have an air conditioner included in the price.

The apartment "Sunwashed Terrace," on the 2nd floor of our house, has a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area, bedroom, bathroom, and a spacious terrace with a sea view.
